Ice Fishing Season Conclusion, Part 3

Location: Sego Prairie Pond, Kuna, Idaho

Bait: Powerbait Eggs

Rig: Slip Weight with Floating Bait Off the Bottom on Telescoping Rod & Pfleuger Spinning Reel

Species: Rainbow Trout

Ice fishing season is closing as we head into spring. I head to Sego Prairie Pond with my ice fishing gear for one last go. The sun kept me warm while the fishing was hot and cold throughout the day. In the end, I hooked into some good trout. I hadn't used my Dieselbait Eggs in a while, and the orange variety on a jig head turned out to be a winning combo.

Thanks for joining me on my fishing adventures. I hope to see you again next week.
